Walmart is seeking a Principal UX Designer to lead end-to-end experience strategy for the Global Realty pillar. You will drive design direction, influence stakeholders at all levels, and present to senior leadership.

The role requires systems thinking, field empathy, and craft, translating complex workflows into clear experiences while mentoring teammates. You will collaborate with a senior team, partner across design, engineering, and product, and help modernize tools for thousands of field

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX or related field and 5+ years in UI/UX or related area.
Experience leading design strategy for a major pillar or product line.
Strong portfolio showing systems-level thinking and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end experience strategy from research to execution.
Conduct field interviews, site visits, and workflow analysis to surface insights.
Develop journeys and prototypes for desktop web and native mobile.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to align UX with goals.
Design scalable, accessible interfaces that meet standards.
Mentor designers and maintain design documentation.
