Qualifications

• Experience in theatre or nonprofit administration.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and working with a Board.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with patrons, donors, sponsors.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial records.
• Collaborative with diverse stakeholders and partners.
• Evening or weekend availability as needed.
• Proficiency with common office tools and digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for administration, finances, fundraising, production, education, and community engagement.
• Develop and monitor the annual operating budget and report to the Board.
• Oversee fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and sponsorships.
• Coordinate marketing, box office, and website updates with teams.
• Collaborate with volunteers, staff, and partners to fulfill the mission.
• Ensure nonprofit compliance and effective governance with the Board.
