Charter Schools USA Inc. seeks a Principal to serve as the site-based leader of the school, implementing CSUSA policies, curriculum, and safety standards while ensuring a rigorous learning environment for all students.

You will oversee curriculum development, program evaluation, staffing, budgeting, facilities, and community relations, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and CSUSA guidelines and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• Professional Certification in Educational Leadership preferred.
• 2–5 years of school administration or related leadership experience.
• Experience in student instruction and improving academic achievement.
• Proven ability to lead a school community and manage resources.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop school staff to achieve objectives and maintain a positive climate.
• Plan, organize, and direct all school activities and operations.
• Ensure compliance with CSUSA, federal, and state regulations and reporting.
• Oversee curriculum development, program evaluation, and extracurriculars.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage budgets and facilities.
