Job summary

Charter Schools USA Inc. is seeking an Assistant Principal to provide school-wide leadership and promote student achievement in a Florida school. You will support the principal, oversee instructional programs, manage staff and resources, and ensure compliance with CSUSA policies and state regulations.

You will lead in student development, collaborate with families and the community, and help create a safe, engaging learning environment that drives student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field.
• Professional Certification in Educational Leadership as applicable.
• 2–5 years of school administration experience preferred.
• Experience in student instruction and classroom management.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Strong customer and student orientation; proactive in school initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal in establishing a positive learning climate and school operations.
• Act as principal in the principal’s absence and support leadership in programs.
• Lead and supervise staff in accordance with CSUSA policies and state regulations.
• Develop schedules and coordinate resources to maximize student growth.
• Coach staff, conduct performance appraisals, and manage personnel records.
• Promote effective communication with students, staff, parents and community.
