Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field required; one degree must be in Nursing.
- Licensed RN in Michigan with active credentials.
- Minimum seven years of progressive clinical and/or management experience.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead Perioperative Services and related programs at the site.
- Participate in policy, procedures, equipment standards and capital planning.
- Manage recruitment, retention, and performance initiatives.
- Oversee budget development and financial performance.
- Support Joint Commission readiness and regulatory compliance.
