Job summary

Zeta Charter Schools in New York City seeks a Middle School Principal to lead a growing network. Location options include Bronx, Upper Manhattan, or Queens with a fully on-site work model in NYC. Salary range is $125,000 – $180,000, with potential discretionary merit-based bonuses and a July 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Principal or senior school leader with responsibility for high-performing teams.
• Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Strong alignment with Zeta’s mission and belief in every student’s potential.
• Proven ability to use data to drive school-wide academic outcomes and close gaps.
• Clear vision for excellence across classrooms, grades, and content areas.
