Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or state-specific Administrator license strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of community operations.
• Empower department leaders and guide staff in delivering exceptional care.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and county regulations.
• Champion Total Quality Management (TQM) principles across departments.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support successful hiring outcomes.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to team members.
• Foster open communication with residents and families.
• Manage financial operations including budgeting and office oversight.
