Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 176-bed facility. You will guide strategic operations, financial performance, and talent development while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.

Ideal candidates hold a current LNHA license, bring at least 3 years of skilled nursing facility leadership, and have proven P&L accountability. AI tools experience is a plus as you drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success in LNHA responsibilities as measured by clinical outcomes, staff performance, and financial results.
• Previous P&L responsibility and comfort with AI tools.
