Ideal candidates will hold a current LNHA license in the location or be willing to obtain it, have 3+ years of SNF operations experience, and demonstrate successful P&L management, with comfort

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the location or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in LNHA role measured by clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, and financial results.
• Previous P&L responsibility and comfort with AI tools preferred.
