Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven LNHA leadership with evidence of clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction and retention, business development, and financial results.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.
