The role focuses on patient-centered care, strategic leadership, and quality outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates hold a current LNHA license, have 3+ years of skilled nursing facility experience, and can demonstrate strong fiscal and operational results.

Qualifications

• LNHA license required and active in current state or able to obtain in another state.
• Minimum 3 years operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success in LNHA role via clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, and financial results.
• Previous P&L responsibility and comfort with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the licensed nursing home facility in Terre Haute, IN.
• Provide strategic direction with a focus on patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
• Ensure accountability, develop talent, and drive outcomes across operations.
