The executive director will manage operations, fundraising, and partnerships, ensuring compliance, strong governance, and compassionate service to diverse clients, including families and youth.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, LMFT, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure in South Carolina.
• 7–10 years of leadership or managerial experience in counseling or nonprofit.
• Proven track record building teams and maintaining clinical excellence.
• Strong Christian faith evident in character and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for launch, growth, and change.
• Foster Christ-centered culture, empowering staff with care.
• Oversee clinical services: individual, family, and group counseling.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and trauma-informed practices.
• Lead fundraising, budgeting, and community partnerships.
• Represent the center with donors, churches, and professional networks.
• Ensure licensing and HIPAA compliance.
