Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the Deliver product team within the Global Vision ERP product group. You will set product direction, translate business priorities into a roadmap, and guide work from discovery through deployment and value realization for the Global Surgical Vision ERP platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years ERP or supply chain tech experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Experience leading global ERP deployments and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash and Deliver capabilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Define vision, strategy, roadmap for Global Vision Deliver product.
Lead intake, discovery, prioritization, estimation, portfolio planning.
Coordinate delivery across SAP teams including SD/LE, FI, MM, ABAP, Basis, security.
Establish standards for design, release, testing, and deployment.
Coach product owners and teams in Agile delivery.
