You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and menu development, reporting to the General Manager. This leadership role demands a strong hospitality background and a passion for outstanding dining experiences.

Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience
• Previous experience in this exact position (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar or related position (required)
