Qualifications

• 10 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare management.
• Proven success scaling operations while maintaining quality and culture.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, key financial metrics and other financial reports.
• Experience partnering with physician leaders.
• Understanding and/or experience in medical aesthetics or multi-site medical practices.
• Consumer and/or retail experience is a plus.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CSL's long-term growth strategy, including expansion, service mix optimization, and new market entry.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations through senior leadership and managers.
• Owns P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, scope-of-practice, and medical oversight requirements.
• Build and retain a high-performing executive and management team.
• Oversee marketing, brand consistency, patient experience, and community presence.
