Qualifications

• Eight+ years of relevant professional experience in digital strategy and leadership.
• Experience leading digital product development, website management, and visual design.
• Ability to mentor multidisciplinary staff and build collaborative teams.
• Proven track record delivering roadmaps from planning through evaluation.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with modern web tech and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for the organization's website, digital publishing tools, audience channels, and data storytelling.
• Develop and oversee a digital product roadmap aligned with goals, resources, and accessibility standards.
• Lead product development with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Translate analytics into actionable content strategy and audience development recommendations.
• Maintain governance for content workflows, QA, and publishing responsibilities.
• Oversee brand stewardship and visual identity across channels and products.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Pilot responsible AI tools and emerging technologies while upholding ethics and accuracy.
