• Translate business needs into concrete requirements with stakeholders across functions.
• Drive delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and adjust priorities based on impact.
• Communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly to executives and end users.
