Qualifications

• 10 years of progressively responsible leadership in local government.
• At least 5 years supervising professional-level staff.
• Strong financial acumen with municipal budgeting and long-range planning.

• Lead city operations and executive leadership in partnership with Mayor and City Council.
• Oversee departments, develop and administer the annual budget, and safeguard financial health.
