Qualificações

• 5+ years in healthcare management, preferably at hospital/healthcare facility CEO/COO level.
• Experience in rehabilitation hospital settings is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in Business/Healthcare Operations or a clinical discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership to achieve clinical and financial goals.
• Design and implement a strategic plan focusing on clinical excellence and market growth.
• Maintain operational controls and reporting systems to meet strategic goals.
• Oversee financial structure and performance against objectives and take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, recruit, mentor and retain a high-performance management team including physicians.
