Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably as hospital CEO/COO.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to achieve clinical and financial goals.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan focused on clinical excellence and growth.
• Oversee operations, governance, and relationships with Medical Directors and the Board.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation.
