Job summary

Lifepoint Health’s Temple Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to drive clinical excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth. You will lead senior teams, collaborate with Medical Directors, and ensure regulatory and Joint Commission standards are met.

You will shape strategy, manage operations, and represent the hospital with key partners, while fostering an environment of safety and continuous improvement across all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare operations/management or a clinical discipline.
• 5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably as hospital/healthcare facility CEO/COO.
• Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
• Master's degree preferred; degree in Business, Healthcare Operations/Management or a clinical discipline is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to achieve clinical and financial goals.
• Design and implement a strategic plan focused on clinical excellence and financial performance.
• Create operational controls and reporting to meet strategic objectives.
• Oversee financial performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance management team including physicians.
• Foster collaboration across Medical Staff and Board of Managers.
• Recruit and retain a professional medical director and medical staff.
• Represent the organization to customers, stakeholders and the public.
• Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure service delivery and compliance.
