Ascension Saint Thomas Behavioral Health Hospital in Nashville seeks an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a new 90-bed inpatient facility formed through a partnership with Acadia Healthcare. The role drives operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth while building a high-performing team across the organization.

The CEO will oversee clinical and business operations, engage with local and national stakeholders, and advance access to premier behavioral health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Clinical Discipline, or related field is required.
• A Master's degree in health care administration, business administration, Clinical Discipline or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability.
• Build and inspire a strong multidisciplinary team, fostering accountability, compassion, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to align hospital goals with regional and national behavioral health initiatives.
• Represent the hospital in the community, cultivating trust with local stakeholders and providers.
• Develop a culture focused on performance improvement, quality and service excellence.
