Qualifications
- Doctorate in Nursing or related discipline (PhD/EdD) required.
- Master's in Nursing required.
- Eligible for tenure at Associate or Full Professor.
- Minimum seven years of academic leadership/administration experience.
- Experience teaching graduate-level courses.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic oversight of the graduate program and ensure accreditation readiness.
- Lead curriculum design, program evaluation, and policy development with faculty.
- Foster faculty development, student recruitment, retention, and enrollment growth.
- Represent FCN on committees; manage program budgets and resources.
- Coordinate teaching assignments and workload with program directors.
