The role provides strategic, visionary leadership for the graduate nursing program, oversees curriculum design, accreditation compliance, student recruitment and retention, and program evaluation in collaboration with the FCN leadership team. Qualifications

Doctorate in Nursing or related discipline is required.
Master’s in Nursing is required.
Eligibility for RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
Eligibility for tenure at the rank of Associate or Full Professor.
Minimum of seven years of academic administration or equivalent leadership experience.
Graduate-level teaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee development, design, and implementation of graduate program curriculum; ensure accreditation standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements for graduate nursing programs.
Conduct and address course, student, and faculty evaluations.
Mentor faculty in teaching, research, and service.
Develop and manage teaching assignments and workload for graduate courses.
Lead enrollment growth and student retention efforts.
