Qualifications

• Deep understanding of vision therapy principles, treatment protocols, and patient care.
• Previous hands-on experience as a Vision Therapist.
• Proven leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical expert and go-to resource for all things vision therapy
• Partner with Optometrists and leadership to drive exceptional patient care and innovative treatment planning
• Provide hands‑on vision therapy to patients, guiding them through life‑changing journeys
• Lead, coach, and mentor your team to reach new heights of professional growth and clinical skill
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Ensure every family receives a personalized, positive experience from start to finish
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, documentation, inventory, and resource management
• Collaborate on exciting marketing, community outreach, and strategic growth initiatives
