Job summary

Eyetastic Services is seeking a Vision Therapy Manager to lead a dynamic, patient-focused vision therapy program within a boutique optometric practice. You will guide clinical excellence, mentor therapists, and collaborate with Optometrists and leadership to deliver exceptional care.

You will also be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving growth initiatives, and fostering a positive work culture that values accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the patients

Qualifications

• Understanding of vision therapy principles and patient care.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical expert for vision therapy and mentor the team.
• Collaborate with optometrists and leadership to plan patient care and treatment.
• Provide hands-on vision therapy to patients and guide their progress.
• Coach and develop therapists to improve clinical skills and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure a warm, personalized experience for every family from intake to discharge.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, inventory, and resource management.
• Contribute to marketing, community outreach, and growth initiatives.
