Job summary

Eyetastic Services is seeking a Vision Therapy Manager to lead a dynamic, patient-focused vision therapy program within a boutique optometric practice. You will guide clinical excellence, mentor therapists, and collaborate with Optometrists and leadership to deliver exceptional care.

You will also be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving growth initiatives, and fostering a positive work culture that values accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the patients

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

• Deep understanding of vision therapy principles, treatment protocols, and patient care
• Previous hands-on experience as a Vision Therapist
• Proven leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities

• COVT Certification (or willingness to pursue)
