  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary eye care team.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and practice management systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized vision therapy programs for patients of all ages
  • Conduct vision therapy sessions targeting conditions such as amblyopia, strabismus, convergence insufficiency, and binocular vision disorders
  • Perform and document pre- and post-therapy visual assessments and progress evaluationsCollaborate closely with optometrists to develop and adjust treatment plans
  • Educate patients and families on home therapy exercises and visual hygiene practices

Requirements
