• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary eye care team.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized vision therapy programs for patients of all ages.
• Conduct vision therapy sessions targeting amblyopia, strabismus, convergence insufficiency, and binocular vision disorders.
• Perform and document pre- and post-therapy assessments; collaborate with optometrists to adjust treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation using practice management software.
• Stay current with the latest vision therapy techniques, tools, and research.
