Job summary

RTX is seeking an entry-level Test & Integration System Engineer in Goleta, CA to join Raytheon Intelligence & Space. You will support IV&V, DVT, and production testing of EO/IR Focal Plane Array Sensor Systems and work with engineers to verify interfaces.

A Bachelor's degree in STEM and hands-on lab experience with test equipment are required; DoD Secret clearance is required to obtain and maintain. The role is onsite with relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM with hands-on experience integrating firmware, software, and hardware.
• Experience using lab equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, spectrum analyzers).

Responsibilities

• Support IV&V, DVT, and production testing for EO/IR Focal Plane Array Sensor Systems.
• Develop test plans and execute product test activities for engineering and production builds.
• Develop requirements, generate test procedures, integrate new systems, and support lifecycle requirements.
