Job summary

Jobtailor in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead complex aerospace projects, coordinating with program managers, engineering managers, and leads to develop execution plans, budgets, and staffing. You will serve as the primary technical interface to customers and leadership, driving system architecture definition, integration and verification across multiple systems.

Ideal candidates have STEM degrees with 8+ years experience (5+ with an advanced degree) and strong MS

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
Ability to foster collaborative teams that reliably meet business and customer commitments.
Excellent communication to customers, program management and senior leadership across technical domains.
Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Develop the program execution plan including schedule, budget and staffing for complex projects.
Manage engineering execution to budget, schedule and scope.
Serve as the primary technical interface to the customer and business leadership.
Define product requirements, system architecture and perform integration and verification across multiple systems.
Bid, plan and manage program budget, schedule and scope.
Collaborate across engineering, program management, operations, finance, contracts and business development to achieve objectives.
Develop strategic roadmaps and drive predictable program performance.
