Qualifications

• 15+ years in program management, aerospace R&D.
• PfMP (Portfolio Management Professional) or equivalent certification highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster effective communication with peers, stakeholders, and the business to ensure engagement and successful delivery of outcomes.
• Lead program teams through monitor and control activities and consolidate status updates for management reports.
• Organize and lead bid/proposal activities for domestic and foreign solicitations.
• Support contract budgeting and development of baselines; drive risk mitigation.
• Lead customer interaction for externally funded efforts and ensure compliance with procedures.
