Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program management with aerospace R&D in high-paced environments.
• Experience with Military or Law Enforcement products is a must.
• PfMP or equivalent certification is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of schedule management, risk registers, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead program teams through monitor and control activities.
• Organize and lead bid and proposal activities for solicitations.
• Manage budgeting, basis of estimate, and program baselines.
• Communicate status to Product Management, Engineering Management, and Business Development.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001/AS 9100 standards.
