Qualifications

• Two years of optical experience minimum.
• One year of managerial experience minimum.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily activities for self and team.
• Completion of Henry Ford OptimEyes training courses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Receive and resolve patient concerns and complaints within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports.
• Analyze daily KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Promote and market HFO in local markets and lead practice-building activities.
• Collaborate closely with Eye Care Services (Ophthalmology) department.
