• 2+ years of college or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work including 1 year optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Vision Center with merchandising, pricing, signing and inventory management.
• Provide guidance to Associates on customer service and issue resolution.
• Oversee community outreach and engagement aligned with company policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, asset protection, safety controls and data confidentiality.
• Develop Associates through hiring, training, mentoring and recognizing good performance.
