Job summary

You will forecast trends, align assortments with community needs, and ensure superior member service while maintaining HIPAA and safety standards. The role includes supervising a team, overseeing eyewear fittings and labs communication, and coordinating with optometrists and labs to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• Option 2: 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Option 3: 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads department sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
• Forecasts sales trends and aligns product assortments with member needs and local demographics.
• Maintains HIPAA and safety protocols and ensures confidentiality of member information.
