Qualifications

• Two years total work experience including 1 year optical, HS diploma or equivalent.
• ABO certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing, inventory, and seasonal execution.
• Forecast trends and align assortments with customer needs and demographics.
• Ensure service standards and promptly resolve customer inquiries.
• Lead eyewear measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under supervision.
• Coordinate with labs, suppliers, and optometrists; manage orders and inventory.
• Develop team through training, coaching, and performance management.
