Qualifications

• Option 2: 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Option 3: 2 years general work experience including 1 year optical experience; ABO certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical department operations and ensure service standards.
• Oversee eyewear measurements and fittings under supervision.
• Coordinate with labs, suppliers, and optometrists on product updates and actions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient records; ensure safety and quality.
