• Drive sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, in-stock and inventory levels, and customer service
• Supervise and develop associates, hire, train, mentor, and recognize talent while promoting belonging in the workplace
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety/asset protection controls and deliver strong customer/member experiences in line with Walmart guidelines
