Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college or equivalent required.

• Two years of general work with one year optical experience and high school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• ABO certification required or obtainable per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical department operations including eyewear sales, fittings, adjustments, and customer education.
• Maintain HIPAA and safety compliance in customer data and workflows.
• Oversee inventory, pricing accuracy, and order processing for optics merchandise.
• Coordinate with optometrists and labs for timely frame and lens updates.
• Mentor and develop optical team through training and performance feedback.
