Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, equipment development, demonstrated project management results, installation and qualification required.
• 5+ years of supervision experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational skills required.
• Proven ability to analyze data with knowledge of analytical tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment repair to minimize downtime of production lines.
• Report malfunctions to maintenance or engineering.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance, yields, and quality.
• Manage production schedules and resource estimates.
• Mentor technicians to safely operate and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead line Gemba walks and provide performance feedback.
