Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment repair to minimize production downtime.
• Report malfunctions to maintenance or engineering.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance, yields, and product quality.
• Manage production schedules and requirements for jobs.
• Supervise technicians in troubleshooting and operation.
• Provide scheduling input for new product development teams.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to meet production targets.
• Use data to track and trend performance and drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Mentor staff and conduct performance reviews.
