Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing and equipment development.
• 5+ years of supervision experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment repair to minimize downtime on production lines.
• Report malfunctions to maintenance/engineering and implement improvements.
• Manage production schedules and estimates for job completion.
• Mentor technicians in safe operation and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Perform line Gemba walks and support continuous improvement.
