The role requires extensive experience in regulated environments, strategic leadership, and a proven ability to translate technical goals into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required; MBA helpful.
• PMP or comparable Certification and familiarity with J&J Project Management approaches helpful.
• Professional Engineering Registration helpful.

Responsibilities

• Establishes clear organizational vision and drives process excellence.
• Owns RD&I Tax Grants & Incentives for the Jacksonville site to accelerate R&D.
• Leads business case development for capital investments and value proposition.
• Promotes innovation management excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manages department long range plans, budgets, and headcount.
