EssilorLuxottica's LensCrafters is seeking an Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and support the exam process. You will greet patients, assist the optometrist, and ensure accurate history collection and file handling in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Responsibilities include data entry in CIAO, maintaining contact lens inventory, and coordinating with retail staff to link exams with the store's services. Strong communication, organization, and autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of office environment and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a professional image.
• Answer the telephone promptly and courteously.
• Assist the optometrist with eye examinations and history taking.
• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and organized files.
• Input patient data and services into the CIAO system.
