LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations in the Charlotte area. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, train and develop staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail leadership preferred.
• Strong selling and communication skills.
• Knowledge of store operations and policies.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in absence of Store Manager and act as business owner.
• Drive KPI performance: sales, conversion, traffic, and profitability.
• Partner with Store Manager to develop staff and plan.
• Ensure visual directives and store presentation are upheld.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain policies.
