Job summary

LensCrafters in Pineville, NC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear experiences. You will assist patients with frame selections, discuss lens options, and use optical measurements to help customers find the best solution.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail or customer service, strong communication skills, and comfort with POS systems. You will contribute to a welcoming store environment and meet sales goals while representing Luxottica's trusted eyewear brands.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales and meet store objectives by nurturing existing customer relationships and attracting new ones.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements for accurate outcomes.
• Use optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain organized displays and inventory.
• Respectfully interact with customers and team members to foster an inclusive culture.
