LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service and drive eyewear sales. You will assist customers in selecting frames, applying knowledge of prescriptions, and coordinating measurements with optics staff to ensure a perfect fit.

The role requires a high school diploma, retail experience, and strong communication skills. Expect a team-driven environment with a focus on accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
• Ability to meet sales goals with strong sales skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales plan and goals by cultivating existing customers and building new ones.
• Uses prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assists customers in frame selection and coordinates with measurements.
• Performs measurements and consults with Optician as needed.
• Maintains a positive store environment and helps displays/inventory look attractive.
• Treats customers and colleagues with respect to foster inclusivity.
