Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through the Visionworks journey with a simple, human and bold approach. The role requires optical knowledge and prior experience, with license requirements as needed.

You will drive daily sales goals, engage customers, recommend eyewear, measure sizes, and support store operations including opening and closing in LEAD roles. 12 months optical experience or ABO certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals including opening/closing in LEAD roles.
