Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with expertise in optics and service.

The role requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience, plus a state-specific license where applicable. • 12 months optical experience, or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training to ensure Right the First Time.
