Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the friendly face of our store, guiding patients through eyewear choices and the Visionworks experience.

This role emphasizes customer care, product knowledge, and meeting daily sales goals with a human, bold approach. The ideal candidate has 12 months optical experience (or ABO Certification in lieu), holds a HS diploma, and maintains state license requirements where applicable, contributing to a welcoming and professional

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services meeting eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain knowledge through ongoing training.
• Open and close the store as needed in LEAD positions; support store goals.
